Terms of Service
The terms and conditions that govern the use of ICTL Corp cybersecurity services and platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
- • By accessing or using the services provided by ICTL Corp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
- • ICTL Corp provides Security Assessments, penetration testing, SOC monitoring, incident response, compliance consulting, and implementation services.
- • The specific scope and deliverables for each engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
3. Confidentiality
- • Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during the engagement as confidential, including security findings, vulnerability reports, and infrastructure details.
4. Governing Law
- • These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union where applicable. Disputes shall be resolved in Bucharest, Romania.
